Many people choose to invest in the property market abroad to make money on their investment and in the mean time they decide to rent the property out to holiday makers which often covers the mortgage payments on the property while your investment grows.

Rental Service Package
Advertising on a variety of international websites such as:
and our services include the following:
- Updates of availability charts on all websites and on going updates;
- Advertising in the window of office & the sign above office;
- Signs on property for walk and drive by clients;
- Excellent communication in a polite and professional manner to potential clients who contact Graham's by telephone;
- Excellent communication in a polite and professional manner to e-mail requests - within 24 hours unless over a weekend;
- Excellent communication in a polite and professional manner to website requests - within 24 hours unless over a weekend;
- Take booking deposits and sending receipts, organising directions and location details
- Organise car hire/taxi if required;
- Organise games of golf if required;
- Ongoing communication after booking is made to keep the client up to date and answering any questions the client may have;
- Make sure that the property is clean and tidy to receive clients - this may require dusting and sweeping round if no-one has visited for more than a week or so;
- Place welcome pack in the property before the clients arrival - consisting of: water, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, wine, beer, soft drink if there are children in the party, toilet paper! If the client arrives after 18.00 they will also be provided with bread and butter for toast...to keep them going while they get their barrings;
- Make the bed's and prepare property for arrival;
- Be available to direct the client to the property on their day of arrival;
- Meet the client and show them around the property, answer any questions that they may have;
- Hand over the keys and arrange the mid-stay clean if the client is staying more than 7 days;
- Take care of mid-stay clean when suitable for the client;
- Arrange time for check out - usually at 12pm unless otherwise arranged;
- Check the clients out, going around the property to make sure there are no damages (Not wear & tear);
- Collect the key and see them out;
- The property is then cleaned thoroughly and the washing is taken to the laundrette and cleaned;
- The clean laundry is then returned to the property ready for the next client;
- Be available 24 hours a day to the client as an English & Portuguese speaking person who can help with an emergency;
- Provide an information pack with local places of interest, a little Portuguese language and some local restaurants and cafes;
- Credit the funds to the property owners account;
- Fuel to and from property (minimum of three return trips - this excludes call out's) Should something happen to an appliance and needs repair/renewal (renewal after contacting the owner) we will arrange this.
