Graham´s Property In Portugal is a family run company and we pride ourselves in our service to our clients and aim to supply you with all the necessary information to assist you with your quest. We are based in Monte Gordo which is a small resort town in the East of the Algarve close to the Spanish border.

Graham´s Property in Portugal has been running since May 2005, we are a legally registered company with our license number of AMI: 6484. We are also registered with APEMIP: 3185

The AMI number is very important as this means that the company that you are in communication with are legal, and registered with INCI who are an institution working alongside the Portuguese government, who decide on the working conditions and legalities that all Estate Agents and constructors (builders) must abide to.

The APEMIP number is also important as this is a private association who work to improve the working rights of all Estate Agents, they work to provide us with all the latest updates and amendments to the law and also organize courses for all staff who work for the agencies.

Graham´s Property In Portugal is owned solely by Stuart and Angie Graham, we are actively involved in the running of our company and will usually meet you during your visit here in Portugal. We are available to help you with your property search and any questions that you may have about the buying process.

Our team is made up of a variety of sales representatives who have been trained to a high standard and understand the correct approach to working within a Real Estate company. They will be at your disposal to show you as many properties that we have that fit into your requirements and will be at the end of the telephone or e-mail should you need anything once you have returned home.
