There is something for everyone in the charming, historic town of Tavira.

The villa is a short walk (600m) from the town centre with its many shops, bars restaurants and sights. The wonderfully secluded local beaches on the Ilha de Tavira are reached by a short boat ride from the town. Close to the magnificent golf courses of Benamour, Quinta de Ria and Castro Marim (discounts available) and Esturi (30 min away in Spain). Boats leave the pier for deep-sea fishing all along the Algarve coast.

Plus many other activities, places of interest and museums. In nearby Luz de Tavira there are fine examples of Manueline art and the Roman mosaics of Torre de Aves.

Magnificent Seville is only 90 min by car.

Particular notes regarding this property:

The Villa was completed in July 2007 and although fully furnished and with all appliances up and running (including TV and A/C), there is no artwork on the walls and the gardens have not been planted. This gives the property a slightly 'bare' feeling but make no mistake, this is a stunning, luxurious and well-equipped property. IN RECOGNITION OF THIS, UNTIL 3 NOVEMBER 2007, ALL RENTALS WILL ATTRACT A 20% DISCOUNT. In the interests of our other guests please do not smoke indoors - ashtrays are provided on the balconies. NB: The villa does not have wheelchair access, elderly/infirm guests will not be able to avoid climbing stairs.

On arrival you will be met with the keys and shown around the apartment, there will be a basic welcome pack provided.

A security deposit of 300 Euros or 200 GBP in cash, must be paid on your arrival. This will be returned to you on your departure assuming no breakages have been incurred.

There will be a change of bedding and towels if you are staying more than one week.

Cancelations: Should you cancel your booking within four weeks of the date of arrival you will not receive any monies back. Should you cancel your booking from eight - four weeks before your booking you will receive part of your monies back depending on when you cancel.
